Orders for Shortcakes or cakes with decoration add-ons must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to allow for preparation.
Most of our other cakes and Japanese desserts (such as Mille Crepes or Cheesecakes) are available for next-day collection or delivery, subject to availability.

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery via DPD courier, with orders placed at least 48 hours in advance.
To ensure your cake arrives safely, decorations aren’t available for nationwide delivery, though personalised message plaques can still be added.

Yes, orders can be collected from any branch. For next-day collection, order by midnight the day before.
Our kitchens handle dairy, eggs, gluten (wheat), nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and sulphites. Please see the allergen table on each product page for details.
Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours in advance. Refunds aren’t issued, but store credit will be provided.
